You have the right to the contract of your bought articles at Hackentrick GmbH. In the online shop within 14 days.
We are a young company and returns are a high cost factor for us. Although the lawmaker has created the possibility that you as customer have the cost of the return to take over completely, so we decided to take over these costs for you. For this, it is very important that we can implement this as cost-effectively as possible. The possibility of online return registration offers these possibilities. This way, we contribute to environmental protection (since only paper is printed when it is needed) and we can continue to provide you with a free return.
Of course, we also send you everything in printed form. A simple mail with order number and reference to the articles you want to return is enough.
If you want to revoke your contract you have the different possibilities. Please also note our cancellation policy:
The fastest option is to send a return form and the DHL return label via our shop directly. Alternatively, you can of course also do the cancellation by e-mail, fax or telephone. You will find further information about this at the bottom of this page.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS REGISTRATION
In order to send you the return form online, simply call the link of your order. This link can be found in the e-mail of your order confirmation and also in the e-mail with your invoice in the section “STATUSLINK”.
There is no customer account necessary to complete these steps!
After calling the link you will see the data of your order. Now click on the field “Overview” to make returns:
Afterwards, the entries with the button at the end of the page “save”. The return order has now been created automatically and you will now receive an e-mail from us with your return note and a link to print out the DHL label for free return.
Please note the further instructions in our e-mail, which we send to you, for the further procedure!
A further possibility of the revocation is to send an e-mail to us by copying, filling out and submitting the following sample form to us. This can be copied for example by copy & paste. You will then receive from us the return documents.

In case of return of goods, please note the following:
The goods must be in a state which corresponds to a normal use after a fitting as in a shop. In the case of a deterioration of the goods by a further use, we reserve the right to demand a replacement sentence. Please also note the cancellation policy.
Reimbursement of your return:
On the day of the return receipt in our warehouse a credit note will be issued after checking the goods. The credit amount will automatically be refunded to you with the payment method you used to pay to us. Bank transfers can take 2-3 days to book.
